These particulars are published so that anyone who has independently decided to approach the Firm is able to do so. Nothing on this page is an invitation, inducement or advertisement.
An advocate–client relationship comes into existence only when the Firm has confirmed in writing that it is able to act, after conflicts have been checked and terms have been agreed. Until then, correspondence should not be treated as privileged.
Please do not send confidential documents or time-sensitive material with a first message. If a matter is urgent, describe it in general terms and the Firm will respond with the appropriate way to proceed.
Unsolicited material sent to the Firm is not treated as confidential and may not be reviewed.
