Parth Ranade is the Founder & Advocate of PARVIRA LAW. He established the practice to conduct intellectual property, arbitration and commercial dispute work with an institutional method: a written assessment before action, a disciplined record, and one line of accountability from the first conference to the final order.
His practice centres on intellectual property, arbitration and dispute resolution, and commercial litigation, together with the Firm's wider corporate, employment, family and regulatory capabilities. He advises clients in India and on matters carrying a cross-border dimension, working with foreign and local counsel where a jurisdiction-specific question arises.
He practises in accordance with the professional conduct rules framed by the Bar Council of India.
