This notice is published for the protection of the public and of the Firm. It should be read together with the notice displayed when this website is first opened.
No solicitation or advertising
PARVIRA LAW does not solicit work and does not advertise. The Firm does not make cold approaches, does not offer engagement through intermediaries, and does not participate in arrangements under which work is referred in exchange for consideration.
Any communication that purports to offer the Firm's services in these ways has not come from the Firm.
Caution against impersonation
It has become common for persons unconnected with law practices to use a firm's name, letterhead or similar-sounding email addresses to seek money or documents from the public.
Members of the public are cautioned to verify, before responding, that any communication said to be from PARVIRA LAW has in fact come from the Firm's published address. The Firm does not seek payment through personal accounts, digital wallets or payment links sent by message.
Fees and recruitment
The Firm does not ask candidates or prospective clients for a registration, processing or security fee of any kind at any stage. Any demand of that nature made in the Firm's name should be disregarded and reported.
Use of the Firm's name and content
The name PARVIRA LAW, the Firm's marks, and the text and imagery on this website belong to the Firm. They may not be used, reproduced or imitated, in whole or in part, without the Firm's prior written consent.
Reporting a suspected misuse
If you receive a communication that appears to misuse the Firm's name, please write to parth.ranade1208@gmail.com with the details. The Firm will take such steps as are available to it in law.
