An institution built around method, not personality.
PARVIRA LAW is an India-based legal practice, established in 2020 by Advocate Parth Ranade. It was set up to conduct sophisticated legal advisory and dispute work with the discipline of a settled institution: defined practice pillars, written assessments, and a structure that can grow without diluting the standard of preparation.
The Firm advises enterprises, institutions and individuals on the creation, protection and enforcement of intellectual property; represents them in arbitration and in civil, commercial, family and regulatory proceedings; and provides continuing corporate, commercial and employment counsel. Where a matter carries an international dimension, the Firm advises on its Indian aspects and coordinates with counsel in the jurisdiction concerned.
Work is conducted from the Firm's office at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. The Firm accepts matters arising anywhere in India and conducts them before the forum having jurisdiction, subject to the applicable professional and procedural requirements. It does not hold out branches or establishments in any other city or country.
PARVIRA LAW is at an early stage of a long-term institutional plan. Its practice pillars are written down with their own scope so that Practice Heads, Counsels, Associates and Legal Researchers can be added to defined areas as the Firm grows, and so that a client always knows who holds the file.
The Firm practises in accordance with the professional conduct rules framed by the Bar Council of India. This website exists to inform. It is not an advertisement and not a solicitation of instructions.

Four pillars, each with a defined scope.

Strategic legal thinking
Every matter is approached as a question of position and objective before it becomes a question of procedure. What is sought, what can realistically be achieved, and at what cost, are settled first.
Rigorous preparation
A view is expressed only after the documents have been read in full. Where the record is thin, that is said plainly rather than argued past.
Commercial understanding
Legal advice is given in the context of the commercial arrangement it belongs to, so that the recommended course is one a business can actually take.
Detailed legal analysis
Assessments are written: the applicable position, the forum, the evidentiary burden and the range of outcomes, recorded so a client can weigh them without relying on memory.
