India-wide legal practice

PARVIRA LAW is an India-based practice that advises and represents clients in matters arising across India, subject to the applicable professional and procedural requirements of each forum.

01

Matters across India

The Firm accepts instructions on matters arising in any part of the country and conducts them before the registries, tribunals and courts having jurisdiction, in accordance with the rules of the relevant forum.

02

One team on the file

Where a matter is heard in a forum away from the Firm's office, the same team retains responsibility for preparation, strategy and the record, so continuity is not lost to distance.

03

Instructing and appearing counsel

Where local appearance or local procedure requires it, the Firm works with instructing and appearing advocates and remains accountable to the client for the conduct of the matter.

Office

One office. Matters conducted wherever the forum sits.

The Firm maintains a single office at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. It does not hold out branches or establishments anywhere else, and any statement to the contrary should be disregarded.

Distance from a forum does not change who is responsible for the file. Preparation, strategy and the record remain with the same team, and appearance is arranged in accordance with the requirements of the forum concerned.

Office particulars are published on the Contact page.
