Indian counsel on matters that cross a border.
PARVIRA LAW advises clients in India and supports cross-border legal matters involving international businesses, individuals and commercial interests connected with jurisdictions including the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and African markets.
United States
Indian-law aspects of commercial arrangements, intellectual property and disputes connected with US businesses and individuals.
United Kingdom
Cross-border contractual, intellectual property and dispute matters with a United Kingdom connection.
United Arab Emirates
Commercial and dispute matters involving parties, assets or transactions connected with the UAE.
African jurisdictions
Commercial and dispute matters involving clients and interests connected with African markets.
The Firm does not maintain offices, branches, employees or any permanent establishment in these jurisdictions. Advice on the law of a foreign jurisdiction is given by lawyers qualified there.

Coordinated, not improvised.
A cross-border matter is mapped at the outset: which questions are governed by Indian law, which belong to another jurisdiction, where a proceeding may be brought, and how an eventual order or award would be enforced.
For the parts that fall outside India, the Firm works with foreign counsel, local counsel and professional networks, and coordinates the timetable so that steps taken in one forum do not undermine the position in another.
Documentation for international arrangements is drafted with the dispute mechanism in view — governing law, seat, appointment procedure and enforcement — because those terms determine cost and timeline long before a dispute arises.
