International

Indian legal work on matters that carry an international dimension, coordinated with counsel abroad.

The Firm advises clients in India on matters connected with parties, assets, contracts or proceedings outside India, and supports international businesses and individuals on the Indian aspects of their affairs.

Work includes cross-border commercial documentation, international arbitration, questions of jurisdiction, governing law and enforcement, and the coordination required when a matter is conducted in more than one forum.

For jurisdiction-specific questions the Firm works with foreign and local counsel and professional networks. Advice on foreign law is given by lawyers qualified in that jurisdiction.
